Уважаемые коллеги!

Приглашаем вас принять участие в IX Международной научной конференции «Современные проблемы славянской филологии: Форма и смысл. К 130-летию со дня рождения В. Шкловского». Конференция состоится 11–12 ноября 2023 г. в Государственном университете Чжэнчжи (Тайбэй, Тайвань).

К обсуждению предлагаются следующие темы:

• творческое наследие В. Шкловского;
• русский формализм: история, рецепция, перспективы;
• формальный и структурный подходы в лингвистике, литературоведении и культурологии;
• нарратологические исследования в междисциплинарном контексте;
• поэтика и лингвистика;
• остранение в языке, искусстве и культуре;
• социологические аспекты историко-литературных исследований;
• «поворот к материальному» и теория вещей;
• перевод как интерпретация и как коммуникация;
• эпатаж как творческое поведение;
• другие актуальные проблемы славянской филологии.

Рабочие языки конференции: китайский, русский, английский.

Возможные форматы участия: очный и дистанционный.

Для участия в конференции необходимо до 15 февраля 2023 г. направить в адрес Оргкомитета заявку (Приложение 1) по электронной почте: conference.slavic@gmail.com.

Помимо индивидуальных докладов, приветствуются также предложения для панельных дискуссий, включающих 4–5 докладов, объединенных общей тематикой. Для того, чтобы организовать панель, необходимо до 15 февраля 2023 г. подать заявку (Приложение 2) по электронной почте: conference.slavic@gmail.com. Заполнять форму индивидуальной заявки для участия в панельной дискуссии в качестве докладчика не требуется.

Оргкомитет конференции оставляет за собой право отбора докладов. Официальное приглашение будет выслано до 15 апреля 2023 г. Участникам конференции необходимо до 15 сентября 2023 г. прислать полный текст доклада с аннотацией и ключевыми словами. Требования к оформлению текста представлены в Приложении 3.

По итогам работы конференции планируется издание сборника научных трудов («Slavica Formosana»). Отбор статей для публикации будет осуществляться редколлегией по результатам рецензирования.

Проезд и проживание участников за счет командирующей стороны. Организационный взнос – 1500 тайваньских долларов (по курсу TWD на момент написания письма – 47 USD). Взнос принимается на конференции во время регистрации.

The Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures of National Chengchi University is pleased to announce the 9th International Conference on Slavic Languages, Literatures and Cultures to be held on November 11–12, 2023. The conference will mark the 130th anniversary of the birth of Viktor Shklovsky. The conference committee invites proposals for papers on all topics in Slavic linguistics, literary and cultural studies, particularly those related to the following issues:

• life and works of Viktor Shklovsky;
• Russian formalism: history, reception, prospects;
• formal and structural approaches in linguistics, literary and cultural studies;
• narrative studies in cross-disciplinary contexts;
• poetics and linguistics;
• ostranenie in language, arts and culture;
• sociological aspects of historical literary studies;
• the material turn and thing theory;
• translation as interpretation and communication;
• provocation as creative behavior;
• other related issues in Slavic philology.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format. Conference languages: Chinese, Russian, English.

Please email the registration form and paper abstract (300–500 words in length) in Chinese, English, or Russian by February 15, 2023. Notifications of acceptance and invitations will be sent by April 15, 2023. Full papers should be submitted by September 15, 2023. Articles should be between 8,000–12,000 words, including abstract and keywords, and should be sent as a .doc or .docx file to the email address of the conference committee: conference.slavic@gmail.com. The committee reserves the right to select papers for presentation at the conference and their publication in the peer-reviewed conference proceedings (Slavica Formosana).

We also encourage full panel proposals. A panel session should include 4–5 individual papers. The panel coordinator should submit the registration form by February 15, 2023.

Registration fee: 1,500 NTD will be collected at the registration desk.

Style Guide

The manuscript should be written in Chinese, English or Russian and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx format). Page size – A4. Left and right margins should be 2 cm; top and bottom – 3 cm. Times New Roman, 14 pt font for the title; 12 pt for the main text. Text-align – justify, text-indent – 1 cm. Single-spaced. Use bold or italics for emphasis.

The first page of the manuscript must include the following information: title, abstract, and keywords of the paper, name and affiliation of the author. If the main text is not written in English, the information should be presented in English on the second page.

Please follow the MLA Style for citation. Footnotes should be placed at the bottom of each page. In the bibliography, list the references in Chinese first, and then those in English, Russian and other languages.
