B2B Business Development Manager (Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, Southern Europe)
1.Possesses with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in related industry (IT/PC/IPC industry)
2.At least 3 years of relevant experience for BDM or sales role in B2B, OBM
3.Must have proven record of channel development and management
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Be ambitious, self-motivated, and willing to take the initiative to drive business. Also, be very result-oriented, and with a great passion for expanding new business
6.Fluent in English. Spanish or Polish is PLUS.
1. New Customer Development
-Identify players and potential partners within the market
-Establish cooperation with distributors and resellers/SI
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls/emails and follow up
2. Channel Management
-Set channel policy and structure
-Drive revenue growth
-Identify industry players and information collection
3. Project Management
-Establish project support policy
-Increase win rate
