These application guidelines are established in accordance with the "Regulations for the Awarding of Graduate Scholarships by the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures at National Chengchi University."
Graduate students who wish to apply for the scholarship must provide the following documents for evaluation:
- Application form
- Transcript (first-year students may substitute their entrance examination scores)
- Academic papers from the past three years (including journal articles, conference papers, or term reports)
The scholarship evaluation will be conducted by a "Scholarship Review Committee" formed by the Department. The list of recipients will be approved in a meeting and submitted for the Dean's approval before being announced by the Office of the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures.
The evaluation criteria for this scholarship include:
- Academic performance (60%)
- Research capability (quality of academic papers) (30%)
- Service within and outside the university (10%)
For first-year students, the scores obtained in the "Russian Language" of the entrance examination will be used as the basis for evaluation.
These guidelines shall take effect upon approval by the Departmental Affairs Meeting and will adhere to the same procedure for any subsequent amendments.
