政大俄羅斯中心成立於 2013 年 12 月 24 日，是「俄羅斯世界基金會」在台灣設立之首座推廣俄語與俄羅斯文化之中心。 中心不僅提供史地、藝術等俄語書籍、教材與電影多媒體資料；亦舉辦多元的藝文活動與俄語相關競賽，舉凡「你所不知道的俄羅斯與獨立國協系列講座」、「詩歌朗誦競賽」及俄羅斯節日慶祝活動等，皆使中心成為台灣居民認識俄語及俄羅斯文化最重要的地方。   此外，中心積極與國內中小學及其他機構合作並從事文化推廣與社區教育工作。例如，中心與雙北各國小共同舉辦「俄羅斯童話故事大驚奇」，透過俄語學習者演說童話故事，並分享俄羅斯節慶及習俗，不僅讓小學生接觸多元文化，更增長其人文領域之內涵。 В целях продвижения русского языка и русской культуры на Тайване, а также расширения культурных, образовательных и научных контактов между гражданами Тайваня и России 24 декабря 2013 г. на территории Гос. университета Чжэнчжи при поддержке Фонда «Русский мир» открылся первый на Тайване Русский центр. Центр доступен для всех, кто интересуется Россией. Центр, приглашая ученых и специалистов разных областей, регулярно проводит лекции, посвященные русской культуре и современной России. Для повышения мотивации студентов к изучению русского языка проводятся многообразные творческие конкурсы. The first Russian Center of the Russkiy Mir Foundation in Taiwan has opened in National Chengchi University on 24 December 2013. The center is created with the aim of popularizing Russian language and culture. The Russian Center at National Chengchi University (NCCU) was established on December 24, 2013, as the first Center in Taiwan dedicated to promoting the Russian language and culture under the sponsorship of the “Russkiy Mir Foundation.” The Center offers a wide range of Russian-language books, educational materials, and multimedia resources on history, geography, and the arts. It also organizes a variety of cultural events and Russian language competitions, such as the "Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States: Unseen Insights Lecture Series," "Poetry Recitation Competitions," Russian holiday celebrations, and so on. These activities make the Center a vital hub for Taiwanese residents to explore and engage with the Russian language and culture. In addition, the Center collaborates with local elementary, secondary schools and other institutions to promote cultural education and community outreach. One notable example is the "Russian Fairy Tales Surprise" event, co-organized with elementary schools in Taipei and New Taipei City. Through Russian language learners' storytelling and sharing of Russian festivals and traditions, this event introduces young students to diverse cultures and enriches their understanding of the humanities.
